Nadan Beans Thoran (Kerala style Beans Dry fry, Kerala style Beans Sabzi Indian Recipe)
 
Ingredients:
Beans - 250g (chopped)
Water - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp (I used coconut oil)
Salt - as needed
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli - 5 (slit lengthwise)
Curry Leaves - 2 sprigs
Coconut - 1/4 cup (grated)
 
Preparation Method:
1. Cook the beans in the cooker for 2 whistles, by adding water, salt and green chillies.
2. Once the cooker cools down, add the coconut, and chilli powder if needed.
3. Heat oil in a kadai, and add oil to it.
4. Add mustard seeds, and once they start spluttering, add curry leaves.
5. Mix this to the ingredients in the cooker. Beans Thoran is ready ! Give it a go! :)...
